Design Brief
Design a medication survey/ questionnaire that is an extension of the existing Medication Reminder feature of the app: The goal is to solve the problem of inconsistent entry and tracking of medication by the user in the course of the day, such that the user is presented with a list of all the medications they did not make entry of throughout the day.
